Wow, after smoking for 30 YEARS, I'am FREE from cigarettes. It is mind blowing, I was sure I would smoke my entire life. Knowing how bad it is, honestly it was killing me, my lungs were covered with tar and other dirty stuff. I was embaressed, stinky and due to shortness of breath not to happy in the bedroom! People look down on you for smoking...
All I did was sit in a LazyBoy recliner and relax with a set of head phones on and took a nap!
I have not had a cigarette since and any craving if you could call it that was easier to deal with than driving to the 7-11 to get a pack of smokes.
That was just over 8 months ago. I did not over eat, the smell of smoke does not bother me either. Life is the same,I just don't think about smoking!
Pros: no withdrawl, no preasure, friendly
