I started training with these guys at STAR after my old trainer just quit showing up to our scheduled appointments. I heard about them while watching a special on them on ABC news. They are truly excellent trainers and have gotten me into excellent shape. I never believed that I could look this great. Their guidance and help has really made me believe that a trainer is not just a trainer. STAR is excellent and I highly recommend them.
