The experienced significant problems last two times I've been to Zip Fusion for lunch. The first time, I was informed that my order had been ""lost"" 45 minutes after I had ordered. My waitress was nowhere to be found and the hostess said, ""the food should ready in 15 minutes"". The second time they got my order wrong, and I didn't get my lunch until 35 minutes after I had ordered and 15 minutes after my guest was served his lunch. We also had to ask twice for one refill of tea and water. One server's attitude was not good, he gave me a look almost as if he expected me to be more patient.
