I live in North Central Massachusetts but my family and I drive to Manchester for Shady Glen's cheeseburgers! My dad worked at Shady Glen in High School (50 years ago!) and it hasn't changed a bit since. My kids absolutely looovvveee the cheeseburgers with the draping, grilled cheese and we usually get mocha shakes and fries to go along. The ice cream is very good if there's room left over. Plus, we love the old fashioned and family-oriented ambience. Usually crowded and somewhat pricey - but worth it!
