There were so many things wrong it would be laughable if it had not cost us so much. For starters, our waiter was very inexperienced; he did not get my husband's order correct on two counts. Our appetizer of calamari was on a plate of grease, I've had better at lesser restaurants. My entree, filet cooked medium, was first brought to the table well done and then returned with a cold center. At this point I had enough and requested to speak with the manager whom I was told was there but opted to send some other staff person. On top of all this, the restaurant did not take responsibility for any of it or have the courtesy to reduce the bill. My idea of a fine dining expereience is superb food and service for which I don't mind paying. Meson was not fine dining.
