Staff person did not listen to what I was trying to tell her about my glasses. I asked for a refund on glasses that did not fit me, was not a correct perscription, and I was told, ""We don't do refunds."" AFTER, they kept telling me they wanted to make it right! I don't believe them, I won't go back, and I'm not recommending anyone else to go there either!
Cons: Very expensive, staff doesn't listen
