Every customer realizes that any restaurant makes mistakes, but the restaurants that go out of their way to rectify an undesirable situation are the ones that seem to be the most successful. That was our first experience at Vivo. After we were seated for about 10 minutes and we had asked for some chips and salsa. The host and waitress were both horrified that we never were served any at our seating. They brought out chips, salsa, and complimentary queso. Very unexpected, very unnecessary, but very appreciated.
Our first experience won't be our last, the atmosphere was great, the staff extremely friendly and accomodating, the food and margarita's very good. The gaucamole puffed tacos were really tasty (this is coming from someone who traditonally avoids guac.).
