When I think of day spas, I think of an overworked staff who does the bare minimum. I received a gift certificate for Juvenex and thought I'd probably find exactly that. I was surprised. The girl who did my facial was sweet. She did an awesome job, and the only time she mentioned products was when I asked about certain skin treatments and even then there was no pressure to buy. I was already relaxed by the time I got to my massage, and didn't honestly think it could get any better. The massage therapist did an awesome job, and I was both surprised and pleased with her genuine concern and gifted touch. The atmosphere was relaxing without it being forced like other places are, and I truly felt I was the focus and not my gift certificate or the money it brought in.
