I just love Karavel. My husband and I went there, and the staff spent a good 45 minutes patiently helping him find 2 attractive pairs of shoes that really fit his feet. After one staff member thought she had found a good fit, she called a manager over for a second opinion. Those shoes have been an excellent buy. We bought them 13 months ago. Both pairs still fit, and still look great. I went back on another trip to buy dress shoes for myself, and again had the staff patiently bring out as many pairs of shoes as I wanted to try. I had such a great experience that I sent two girlfriends. They had an equally good time. Both came back with new shoes that are both dressy and far more comfortable than the usual.
