A group of us went for dinner, when we arrived were told that our reservation didn't exist.
1 hour after being seated, our drinks finally arrived- several were incorrect.
After another 20 minutes, the waitress took our order, & let us know that one of the items we wanted from the menu wasn't really available, she also told us she never reads the menu ( what?!)
45 minutes later, our food arrived. It was mediocre at best, and expensive.
When I went to pay the bill, I let the waitress know that we were not happy with the service we received, (in a non-confrontational, "" just so you know for future reference"" way) She then proceeded to yell at me across the restaurant as I walked back to our table, and contined to yell as we left the restaurant, and said nasty things to the other people in my party.
Pros: none tha I can see
Cons: slow service, abusive waitstaff, incorrect menu
