My husband had order flowers to send to me on mother's day along with sending some to my mom. They hadn't arrived yet so I called and talked to a very kind gentleman who told me estimated time of arrival. When they did arrive they messed up on which arrangement belonged to whom and also had the wrong messages. When I called to ask who got what flowers a female that worked there was extremely rude and basically told me she didn't care that I got the flowers. I informed her I would no longer odors flowers from them. She didn't care. Bad on her part bcz I was responsible for the flowers for an up coming wedding.
