the picture framing lady made a mistake with my picture frame. instead of apologising and fixing/redo the job, she said my picture was wrong. i got custom framing, the custom means the frame is custom made for my picture, how can my picture be wrong. i wouldn't go there for picture framing, i had a bad experience. the rest of the store is ok.
