I had a very bad experience at wags. I brought my puppy in for her very 1st grooming. I specified that she get a scissor cut not a razor cut. They said they would call me when she was ready (about an hour). I called back at 3 hours and no one answered so I just went there to pick her up. The owner did not remember me and did not know who the puppy was from my description. It turns out that she was hiding under a cabinet crying because she was so scared. The haircut was awful and done against my wishes with a razor. I called later on that day and asked to get reimbursed for the $65 charge. The owner was extremely rude and yelled at me and refused to budge at all. He also said he would call back but never did.
