The sushi at Fuji ya was VERY good. Almost as good as some of the NYC and San Francisco Sushi bars that I goto. However, the hot foods on the menu left a lot to be desired. It just was plain and not very good. The sushi, I cannot say enough about, but the balance needs to be there. Prices at this place are reasonable and I could get used to it, but if I have to live in the hinterlands just to have good inexpensive sushi, that would be crazy.
Pros: Sushi, ambience, decor
Cons: BULGOGI!?!?!?!, Bland hot foods
