Boot Camp SF offers an excellent outdoor fitness program. The trainers are knowledgeable and fun. The workouts are strenuous, but are tailored to your individual level. The workouts take place outdoors so every day is different. One day you may be running through golden gate park stopping to do dips and pushups on benches and the next day you might be running steps and doing stretch band work at Kezar. It's a great way to meet new people, get in shape and have fun doing it. I highly recommend this program.
