It's funny that throughout the reviews here, this place is dubbed "Seattle's New York Bistro," because that's exactly what came to mind when I ate there last night. The restaurant's atmosphere is very energetic, young -- with an (intentially) unfinished loft-like decor. We sat at the food bar which I highly recommend -- it was so fun to watch them prepare such amazing food, and gave us an opportunity to make an educated choice on what we wanted to order. Others here complain of slow service but ours was extremely quick and was actually handed to us piping hot by one of the chefs himself. I ordered the brown butter gnocci which was absolutely phenomenal -- I'm still satisfied almost 24 hours later. I highly recommend this place for a casual yet sophisticated dining experience.
Pros: interesting menu, great cocktails
Cons: limited parking, a bit noisy
