Definitely a "must" in San Francisco. The menu and the food are imaginative and very well done. The dessert menu needs work as there are too many "cold" items on a menu served during winter??? Service didn't match the restaurant as it was somewhat amateur with the waiter stumbling to recite the specials and mispronouncing them most of the time. He couldn't even recite the tea selections. Hiro Sone needs to take the wait staff aside and have some basis "Menu 101" with them. Otherwise, it's sure to please.
