This was my first visit since the office moved and staff has changed. I love Dr. Brisco, however her staff and office operations are awful. In my attempts to discuss this with Dr. Brisco her staff either intervenes or she does not want to get involved. The events are as follows: I waited 2 hours for my glasses when I was told 20 minutes, the lenses they replaced popped out of the frame, when I took the frames back the tech talked through the receptionist while standing on the other side of a glass partition instead of talking to me directly, the frames were not fixed when they said they'd be finished causing me an additional trip to their office, the office opened 25 minutes late when I went back for my follow up exam, finally I had to call 4 times before they mailed me my contact lense prescription.
Cons: no parking validation, long wait, no follow through
