I used this company 3 times and then switched to a company that was a little less expensive. With 3 small children and 3 small dogs, cleaning every 2 months was adding up. I was happy with the other company, but not thrilled. I have come back to CarpetDryclean...I just wish it had not taken me a year to realize the difference in quality. I finally figured out that they have exclusivity on a great organic product.
