Poor Customer Service After Job is Done 12/9/2005

We had replacement windows installed. They did a fine job with installation, and we were very satisfied, however we have had repeated difficulty with warranty service. Since installation, a few of the double pane sash seals have failed, which is fully covered by the manufactures warranty. In each case, it has taken several months (no exageration) and numerous calls to Guardian in order to contact the manufacturer to get replacements. This has become quite a frustrating experience and for this reason I do not reccomend doing business with Guardian. Pros: Quality product Cons: Customer service more
