This place has completely gone downhill.................yet another manager has left and this last one was a good one, I had to deal with a ""head Baker"" who was possibly the rudest person ever, after dealing with her I chose not to have them do an anniversary cake for me nor will I ever patronize the place again, rumor has it they will be gone after christmas and with the service level and product quality level the way it is I don't doubt it............don't waste your time with these folks it's not worth the level of frustration you will encounter.
