For a Japanese restaurant, Beluga is unusually loud -- in decor and often in volume.
Every person at every table is pretty, trendy and immaculately dressed (the waitstaff is pretty cute too).
The restaurant as a whole has a decidedly Los Angeles flavor to it.
Fans of Japanese food have have a hard time resisting this hot spot. I often find myself drawn to Beluga 2 or 3 nights a week.
