Store has nice coats. However, customers should be warned that the company has a no refunds policy for returns or exchanges. I went there to exchange a coat I had received for Christmas for a coat that cost $50 less then the original. However, once we got to check out, the cashier refused to credit the difference to my friends credit card. She insisted that it was store policy that only store credit be given. I talked to the floor manager, who was quite rude and insisted that store credit was the only option. He implied that we were idiots for not reading the posted policy. Indeed, the policy was clearly stated on the receipt, and I'm sure it was posted other places too, but I did not notice it. Now we are stuck with a $50 gift card and do not want anything else from the store. Pros: Nice coats Cons: Rude customer service more
