My husband and I are regular movie goers. We do frequent this particular theater simply because it is the closest to our home in Spring Hill. We keep thinking (over the last 5 years) that one day things will get better. Both of us are in the service industry, where customer service and management is very important. This place has neither. If someone would manage the employees better - and come up with a plan for getting the lines down (we have spoken to many others that have ideas - there are many frustrated customers) and get a clue on runnings concessions, it would be a true miracle. I have written a letter to the theater and always encourage others to do the same as I am in lines with them. Maybe one day things will change if enough people write!
