If you want a Chicago level experience in Milwaukee this is your only choice.The owner is a trained CIA graduate and worked for Lettuce Entertain You in Chicago.I lived in Chicago for 8 years and I have eaten at most of the restaurants down there.The Scallops are incredible as are the other dishes.Prices are reasonable for an experience like this.I had my wedding reception there and all my guests say the have never had food like that at a wedding before.
