It's one of those places where the swanky atmosphere makes management think they don't have to train their staff particularly well. Many small mistakes. Not terribly personal. Mediocre service. Food was average to good. This place will do fine for hotel visitors. It's a ""hotel restaurant"" not a great city restaurant. No comparison to the sf spots that focus on food and service and less on ""hipness"". Oh, and we were seated at 9:05 for an 8:30 table.
