Seattles restaurant scene is filled with many fine restaurants, but few find the perfect combination of cuisine, service, atmosphere, location and price that The Cellar Bistro provides. I have been here on multiple occasions, both in groups and on dates, and I have never been dissapointed. Service has always been prompt and friendly no matter if it was a busy Friday night or a slow Tuesday. The owner, Ken Slack, seems to never leave the place and is always willing to offer up a good wine to go with your meal. The value at this place is amazing. My favorite dish so far is the PENNE FROMAGGI. Enjoy!
