5 of us went to Rusan's on Friday 12/9. We got there at 8 and it was not overly crowded. We all ordered and I know they bring food out as it is ready but I only ordered sushi and I never received it. Everyone else was done w? their meal & I told the server to cancel mine. I never received an ""I'm sorry"" at all. I spoke to a manager & he was nothing but rude. Never offered any compensation & again never said sorry. I used to love going here but no more! The place has gone down hill fast!
