While I wouldn't have minded paying $100/night simply for the location of this hotel, the $200 rate was completely outrageous. The room and hallways were old and dingy. They are doing away with the mini-bars, which don't really keep anything cold anyway. Our TV didn't work properly. Housekeeping was noisy, and cigarette smoke somehow seeped through the walls early one morning (neither of us smoke), choking us out of our much needed sleep. I've stayed at many three star hotels that were twice as nice.
Pros: Location, Impressive Lobby, Close to Red Line "L"
Cons: Expensive, Out-of-Date, Crowded
