I've been waiting for this restaurant to open up for 3 months. They finally opened up and its done in cozy elegance, with beaded red lights and gleaming hardwood floors! They have a nice selection of sake and the owner have carefully chosen for quality rather than quantity. The owner is a top notch chef and it shows in his menu and the quality of food. Their hon-maguro, or blue fin tuna was fresh and fatty. Their toro is awesome. Ambient lighting, excellent food and hip music. What more can you ask for? I hope this place keeps it up. I give it 4 stars!
