I took back a brand new c.d. the day after I bought it bacause it skipped. All I wanted was to exchange it for the very same c.d. and I even had the receipt. But they wouldn't even do that, so now I'm stuck with a worthless c.d. I used to shop there all the time, but one strike and they're out. I'm going to Hastings now because they will exchange c.d's.
