Just had a holiday party last night at Campiellos and I must say that the food is not as good. To say the least, I was disappointed. The service remains good, but the food has lost its complex flavors. I had a pork pasta with a Reduced" sauce. It was bland and nothing more than pulled pork in pasta shells. When I talked to the waiter about my disappointment, he said, We basically reduce the water out of the meat. Boy, doesn't that sound exciting. Oh well, another favorite restaurant has passed in to the history books.
