The only good thing about Vargo's was the view. The steaks were bland. The vegetables were undercooked. The salad was warm. The lobster bisque was awful-salty, way too much alcohol, and had only about a Tablespoon of actual lobster in the soup. The service was horrible - it took 3 hours for us to complete our meal. The temperature of the restaurant was uncomfortably warm and stuffy. I will never go back, and it was not worth the money.
