I recently went in to redeem my gift certificate and first of all....it is a creepy former tarot reading card house so I already was a little nervous. I had a 1 hour massage showed up on time and only received a 40 minute massage since the massage therapist was running behind. I should have said something but I was so annoyed that I just left. When you pay for an experience you should receive the full benefit!!!!!!!
Cons: creepy, not good value
