Their Catalog department is the worst ever. I ordered something online and had it shipped to the store. I called and was told my order was in only to go all the way down there and waited in a long line to find out that there was a piece missing. After waiting another month for my order I got it home and realized they ordered me an extra piece and charged my credit card without full disclosure and would not accomodate my inconvenience in any way. The customer service was rude and unhelpful through the entire process.
