My husband wanted to very specific pen as a gift. I tried going to the "Big Box" office supply stores first and none of them had it. So I decided to try Cooke Stationery. The staff were so helpful. They had the pen on display in their case, but they did not stock it. They ordered the pen for me, got it engraved for free and even helped with "Keeping the Secret" so my husband won't know I had purchased it by calling to let me know it was in at a specific time so my husband wouldn't be the one to answer the phone.
Everyone was so helpful and I loved walking around the store just looking at everything.
Great place to shop! I now do all my office supply shopping at Cooke!
PROS: Helpful staff, affordable, local owned.
CONS: Parking can be tough sometimes.
