The owner of this company is a retired IBM'er and he worked with one of the owners' of my company. Charlie is very easy to get along with and pretty flexible as far as scheduling. When we have a computer crisis, Charlie is the one that we call! When we need new Computer hardware, we ask Charlie what brands he recommends.
