I called D & M Plumbing when my friends child flushed a toy down my toilet. The plumber showed up the same day. He had to take the toilet up and use some tools to get it out. He got it done quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. He did get some stains on my carpet from his shoes, but that may have been unavoidable with the mess that taking up the toilet made. I was able to get the stains out with my steam cleaner so it ended up being okay. I would use them again.
