They are usually ontime for pick ups or within 5 minutes. I've only used them several times. They wouldn't pick me up once since I was a town too far? I guess that was strange. My neighborhood is not a terror zone. From a crime rating from 1-10,10 being the highest, my town was rated 1. So, I guess I had a bad dispatcher. I'd give them another shot if my local service is too busy.
