Although I occasionally browse through Best Buy, I would never make a major purchase here. Their prices are average at best. Their staff, unfortunately, seem to know very little about technology so if you have a question, you will most likely be on your own. In fact, my husband and I were misinformed about something we bought there and had to go through the hassle of returning it as a result. Bottom line: shop online for better deals and a more pleasurable experience overall.
