The people who work at Powell Day Care are wonderful caring and giving friends. They treat their charges as if they were their own children. There are committees composed of parents and teachers which help to make the decisions that affect the children.
I just wish there was more separation between the older groups. But that is a small, small detail. This place is like having family keep your children.
