Overall, I've had a decent Kinko's experience. I continue to go back because their services offered are widespread, easy to use and there's always someone there to help you. The downside to Kinko's is it's popularity. With tons of people using it everyday, lines can be long, as well as the wait time to use a machine.
Best not to drop by this place when you're in a rush. Save it for when you have a little extra time on your hands.
