they are very snotty. when you get a loan from them then they excpect you to just hand over money. when you don't have the money you can't exactly pay them. they charge you late charges like unbeliable and it sucks. i wouldn't ever do businesses with them again. they also show you your credit report to help you get things paid off to build your credit. they report to the credit bureau aslo but with all the late charges that they charge you it would be a bad report.
