Chang Mao is a really good, clean Chinese restaurant in Milford. I've eaten there as well as gotten takeout. Either way, you'll have a great experience. It is a family owned restaurant and is clean. The food is yummy and if you get takeout, generally it's ready in 10 minutes. If you're eating there, the service is quick as well and the portions are a nice size.
