Westphal's has been around forever, and I think the selection has, too. It's the kind of store that has classic jewelry styles- not much platinum or newer, contemporary styles. Let's just say that my Grandma shopped there and things haven't changed much... Plus, as an independent store, their prices can't match the bigger chains. As for their jewelry service, I have used them to size my wedding ring twice and the first time was okay, but the 2nd time was awful! They didn't make the gold smooth and you could see where they fixed it. I would never go to them again for a repair. They are located on Broadway in Bradley and the parking is on the street, which can be burdensome if you are disabled.
