Though the agent that showed me an apartment from Gibson showed up a bit late for our appointment, he was very knowledgable about the area and the apartment itself. He wasn't one of those high-pressure salesmen either which was a nice change from most Boston-area agents. We ended up not using him, but would recommend him to other people looking for a rental in the Boston area.
