This is an excellent jeweler. They can often change your watch batteries while you wait rather than sending them out. I used them to replace my husband's wedding ring. It was a custom piece and I needed it quickly. They were very accommodating. They even helped me to keep it as a surprise. They also have a lot of various gift items available such as vases, desk accessories and University of Illinois things. They also do engraving.
