Everyone I know takes their cars here to get the windows tinted. They are friendly and try their best to make it right when something is not done to your satisfaction. My sister-in-law had a car that had a back window with a strange curve to it and she took it here to get the windows tinted. When she went to pick it up, she was not happy with it. They agreed to fix it not just once but twice(she is rather picky) so that she would be totally satisfied with the work. I have never had to go back for re-work, but I am confident that if I needed to it would not be a problem.
