I had the unfortunate occasion of going her for the first time this week when my aunt fell and broke her neck. I ended up being in this E.R. for many hours with her while she went through sets of x-rays, CT scans, and a lot of pain. Every member of the trauma team we encountered, from nurses to surgeons to the student staff, not only did a great job of diagnosing the problem and getting her treatment, but they also made her feel as comfortable as was possible, both physically and emotionally, and also treated me the same way. They were friendly, courteous, and professional, and most of them had a fantastic bedside manner. I would not hestitate to recommend this E.R. to anyone.
