There were times when i had to pinch some pennies and was so glad this school offered it.s discounted services. I was able to go get my hair and nails spruced up at truly reasonable rates and never left unhappy or dissatisfied. Although the work is done by students they are listening to what you want and there is always a teacher there to oversee (and possibly correct an error before it gets out of hand).
